Why do my licenses become more expensive each year when I renew my software subscription?

The manufacturer LITERA has had a pricing policy for years where one-year subscriptions receive an annual price adjustment of 8%, while three-year subscriptions receive an annual price adjustment of 5%.

How can I place an order with RISIMA?

Does each user receive a separate license key that needs to be managed?

No, there is only one license key per product. Even if a customer has multiple subscriptions with different durations, they receive only one individual license key from the manufacturer. This key does not need to be re-entered for renewals.

What contract durations are available?

LITERA offers software subscriptions with a duration of one year or three years. By default, a subscription automatically ends at the end of the contract term. RISIMA also offers a contract model with automatic renewal, so you don’t have to worry about missing your renewal and becoming accidentally unlicensed. When you enter into an auto-renewal contract with us, you also receive a special discount in the first year of the contract. Auto-renewal contracts must be terminated by the customer three months before the end of the minimum contract term.

Can we get a discount if we want to license a larger number of users?

Yes, we are happy to negotiate a discount with the manufacturer for larger quantities.

Who can I contact if I have problems installing the software or cannot find my license key?

Our customers can open a ticket with our German- and English-speaking support team around the clock. This service is included for our customers.

Do I need to inform RISIMA if there is a user change so that the license is transferred to a new user?

No, you can transfer licenses from one user to another during the active term. It is important to note that you must not exceed the contractually agreed number of users.

Can I extend my existing LITERA subscriptions through RISIMA, even if I purchased them directly from LITERA or through another intermediary?

Yes, that is possible. We only need a written confirmation from you stating that RISIMA should be your LITERA partner going forward and that you have informed your previous contract partner about the change. Subsequently, we will gain insight into your current subscriptions and can manage your renewals for you.
