Litera Clean (Metadact) – Send cleaned documents and emails with a single click
Easily analyze, modify, deklete and review metadata in Microsoft Office documents, as well as ZIP files, PDFs, and image files. Available directly in the cloud or in Outlook, exactly where you work.
Before documents are sent to external recipients, metadata can be standardized, cleaned, or completely removed across the organization. In addition, email communication can be made more secure through centrally managed policies. Controls for “Reply All” and “BCC” reduce the risk of unauthorized information disclosure. Furthermore, sending emails to specific domains or recipient groups can be selectively blocked.
Litera Clean is available through Litera’s cloud platform and is directly integrated into Outlook. The desktop version is included in Clean.

Litera pdfDocs – The workflow tool to simplify PDF management
Create, edit and securely save PDF documents quickly and easily.
Litera pdfDocs makes it easy to combine documents from various sources and different file formats into a single workflow.
Users can edit text and objects, add images, and insert headers and footers. With OCR (Optical Character Recognition), scanned documents can be edited with ease. Individual sections or entire pages can be permanently and securely redacted, ensuring recipients cannot remove the redactions or view the concealed information.
It is possible to edit the PDF file at any time without prior conversion in Microsoft Word. Documents can then be sent directly from the tool or stored in integrated document management systems such as iManage, OneDrive, or SharePoint.
pdfDocs is available as a standalone desktop product or as part of the Litera In-House Pro package.
